This project utilizes concepts in Chemistry and was created by Brian Cox for his high school chemistry classes with the idea that students would utilize chemistry concepts to live on a distant planet for 30 days. Over time Brian realized that he could improve it by adding a "Captains Log" using chatGPT and also use AI to generate images (Midjourney) with the following results. It was effective because students gained a deeper knowledge of some simple applications of chemistry in a real setting and also how to prompt ChatGPT to create a meaningful log. Student response was outstanding. Students enjoyed creating their biodome on a distant planet and finding an applicable way to use AI in a classroom

Students utilized ChatGPT to produce a 30-day "Captains Log" to highlight their journey. They needed to be specific in the concepts of chemistry they used for their planet, include their team names, etc.
